We may use the information you share with us to notify you about our cycling trips and associated details that you ask us for (example training). The information that we keep is important to help us track our bookings and we use email addresses to send email newsletters to you regarding current and future trips and relevant topics. We will also use your information to allow us to reply to any of your enquiries and queries, and keep you updated with relevant changes at Colconquerors which could be about your trips or us as an organisation.

At times it is necessary to share information with some third parties that we work with and act as our partners. These could be event organisers, hotels, transfer organisations, bike rental and equipment companies and medical services if required. We never pass on more information to third parties that we work with than is needed to provide a high quality service to you.
